These are the so-called "stable" versions of FreeHAL. These versions appear every 1-3 months and do not reflect the current capabilities of FreeHAL. The development versions, which usually appear several times a day, are typically unstable and may crash often. Bugs in stable releases will be corrected only in the developer versions or possibly only by the next stable version!

If you only want a quick overview of FreeHAL without trying to use the features that are constantly evolving, we recommend that you use the following stable version.

If you are interested in FreeHAL's current status, we suggest that you try the development version, however you should consider the above problems.

In general FreeHAL is managed as a research project and does not purport to be bug-free. If a specific function in the development version does not work, please contact the development team at info@freehal.org or enter a bug report!
